1. How do I care for clothing in order to keep the color looking like new?

Wash/care instructions are located inside of the product on the side seam.

    2. What do I do if an item is defective or a wrong order was sent to me?

    Click on the refund policy Tab at the bottom of the website.

    3. How do I check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 4 weeks for free standard shipping or 7 days for express shipping of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customersupport@bkhookdesigns.com with your name and order number or use our contact form and we will check it out for you.
